This is the place to rent bikes. Don't try to drive in Key west! Biking is the way to go!Southermost has Aventon electric Bikes, best on the Market. The batteries will last a full day of Cruising the Key and more. Bikes come with Liights and brake lights, for night Cruising.the staff where extremely Helpful, showing us where to go go to see the sights.Additionally, There is a parking lot adjacent to the shop, so easy parking and riding

Great place to rent an e-bike in Key West.Jenny was so diligent in ensuring we were comfortable with using the bikes and understood all the controls. She even offered to let us test drive to ensure we felt safe. Wonderful customer service!
Jenny at Southernmost Park n Play is an excellent representative of the company. Her patience when setting us up with 2 E-bikes to rent was very helpful. I was not well prepared to ride the e-bike, she explained all the functions on the bike clearly and waited as I tried riding the bike in the parking lot, I had a few problems but she was patient and did not rush me out. Jenny was very diligent in us feeling comfortable with the bikes and would refund our rental if we were not comfortable riding them. She could have easily rushed us out on the street but did not.My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant day with the e-bikes. Jenny was a part of that good.
We rented the upgrade e-bikes. They were new, in great shape and easy to operate. We had a lot of fun. The rental process was simple, easy and helpful.

Bikes were very high quality. Road very well. Loved the electronic aspect so we could relax and not have to worry about pedaling. Biking around the island was one of our favorite activities that we did while we were here! Renting and returning process was super easy. The staff member Jenny was super nice and did a great job teaching us the details of the bikes and the modes. Bikes came with locks too which made it easy to park the bikes and eat, go to the beach, etc. highly recommend!
So easy to do. Bikes were perfect for exploring the town -- and so explore we did. My hip is ready for a replacement so we tried this and realized we would have missed so much if we had walked -- and struggled if we had a car. Aventon bikes were great. Highly recommend.
Jenny is great to do business with. E-bikes were a perfect choice for me and my wife. The bikes allowed for us to explore much more of Key West.
E bikes (Aventon brand) were in excellent condition. Comes with baskets on the back that could fit a smaller backpack or a large purse. We also got a cover for the top of the basket to prevent items from popping out while riding. Excellent and friendly service as well! Perfect pickup location near the quiet end of Duval. Will rent here again for sure!

Great bike, great service! I never rode an e-bike before, but Jenny patiently explained how it worked and let me use her lot to get the hang of it. Also gave me the option to call if I wanted to extend my rental. I had the best time riding all over Key West. Wish I did it sooner! Ten Stars!
Great place to rent e-bikes. She explained everything about the bites very thoroughly, how to charge them and how best to keep the bikes safe from the risk of theft. Awesome experience!!!

Go see Jenny and get the best e-bike from the friendliest person! I reserved parking and an e-bike and it was perfect. Jenny helped me in advance when she noticed my parking and bike rental were on different days!!Super customer service, I would go back! The bike was new and rode me all over Key West with ease.
The lady working today was very unprofessional & lazy. I had to walk around the building to find her “painting”. She was rude and acted like we were bothering her to pick up the 2 $60 bike rentals we had rented. After we returned the bikes, I asked her how to get back to the cruise ship since we had a hard time finding her business, and she acted like we were a bother & wouldn’t tell us where to go. I would never rent from her again.
Took my bike there to get a rental she said I could not leave my bike I would have to get an Uber there so I did and she said no credit card then I dropped my phone and broke it on front of the place. What horrible lady and experience good damn ridence

THIS IS HOW BIKE RIDING SHOULD BE! Great service our E-bikes were fully charged, ready to go and in perfect condition. We rode along the ocean on the Jimmy Buffet highway nice bike path. Lots of traffic on Duval street and in Old town but the cars were very considerate of us. We are older and very much enjoyed the ease of the bikes.

The staff I spoke to on the phone and Jen, who actually rented the bikes to us was wonderful. Everyone was kind, considerate and flexible even when we changed our plan a little bit. Definitely would rent E bikes they were all brand new very easy to use and safe. Excellent customer service definitely rent here!

Jenny is great - had us on bikes just a few minutes after we arrived. Our cruisers were in excellent shape and it was very easy to adjust the seat height. She provides excellent locks and allowed us to keep our bikes for an additional day with just a phone call. Prices are very reasonable,, with multi-day rentals very inexpensive. Highly recommend!
We stayed at sunset key but wanted to see Key West by bike. We called and got electric bikes for the four of us and had the best day! The bikes were brand new and were very easy to use, from teenager to adult. Highly recommend!!
Rented a pair of premium eBikes. This is absolutely the best way to get around Key West. Jenny was super friendly and helpful in getting us on our way, and the bikes were perfect and essentially brand new. Highly recommended.

My only regret is that we didn't rent the bikes for longer! We had such a nice time and renting was so quick and easy. I highly encourage anyone visiting to get the e-bikes because they are fast and fueled for a long day, so you can really explore the island while exercising.
Do yourself a favor If you're reading this you found your spot! The bikes are in perfect condition, service is amazing. Our group had the best time exploring KW on e bikes is the only way. Met some people who had rented bikes from somewhere else and they were jealous of how nice ours were. We will definetly use this place next time were on the island!
The e-bikes were fantastic!!!!! Jenny was super nice and helpful, she gave us a little tutorial of how to operate the bikes. The bikes came with a combination lock which was super convenient to make stops around key west. The bikes were superb with plenty of battery.
This is the 3rd year we have rented bikes in Key West. The previous year's bikes were not be user friendly for all genders. The bikes at Southermost Park and Play Rental were excellent. The attendant was super helpful with directions. The rates were reasonable. Definitely use them again next year
The bikes were in pristine condition. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend renting them for a day or longer. It’s a great way to see so much of Key West with freedom from parking lots and traffic. Jenny was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Even made some local restaurant recommendations.

Great cruising bikes and no hidden extra fees!! Very nice customer service. We rented 5 bikes for 5 days and the end price was what she told me from the beginning. Locks and helmets were included. We biked everywhere and we payed less than what we would have to uber everywhere.
We had an amazing experience renting e-bikes here. Jenny was incredibly attentive, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for a great ride. While the prices are a bit higher than other places, the quality of the bikes more than makes up for it—they’re some of the best we’ve ever ridden. If you’re looking for excellent service and top-notch e-bikes, this is the place to go!

Jenny was friendly and fantastic to deal with. Bikes were the nicest we've ever rented, new models and zero issues. Had 4 bikes out for 4 hours and none went under 95% battery life remaining. Would rent from her company again. Recommend!

My wife and I rented two e-bikes. They were in excellent condition and fully charged. This was our first time riding e-bikes. The operation of the bikes was fully explained and all of our questions answered. Key West is an excellent place for bike ridding. I would highly recommend everyone try it out. Jenny at Southernmost Park and Play was very friendly and made our first e-bike experience very easy and a lot of fun.

Riding e-bikes around Key West was one of our favorite activities. Super easy to rent, bikes were in great shape and the battery lasted the entire 8 hour rental.
